Experience

Ten years, three organisations

Consulting, research, and community agriculture — in reverse order. Open a role to see what the work actually involved.

Before that

Where it started

Nature restoration weekends and a shared allotment, as a teenager. Neither was a career plan at the time, but both taught the thing the job keeps asking for: that environmental work is mostly patience, done with other people, in a specific place.
